I purchased this in order to be able to share the audio from a portable DVD player. I did not need the split to have tails on it, but it was in store and fit my needs.

This headphone splitter is capable and very budget friendly. I used it on a 5 hr bus ride to watch movies with my wife. Connection was solid.
