I bought this splitter for my iPad to allow both me and my fiancé to listen to shows and movies at the same time. I had purchased a different one and it seemed to alter the sound quality. We are both hard of hearing so we needed something that wouldn't change the sound quality. This splitter works perfectly and neither of us noticed and loss off sound or volume compared to plugging headphones directly into the iPad.

This was an excellent way to split the audio output if you only have one jack output from a source such as a laptop. It didn’t want something expensive like surround sound in my den but I couldn’t hear the music if I moved from one side of the room to the other. With this splitter I was able to share the audio and add some speakers.

I needed to split the audio from my ham radio. Unboxed it and connected to the radio. Worked like a charm. Ran the audio out to the Rigblaster and also to the speaker. If you need to split an audio output into two signals, this Insignia splitter will do the job. I recommend it for that use.

Does exactly what I need it do. I set up a projector at the house and wanted to have the audio speakers hardwired instead of bluetooth, This splitter allows me to have two speakers set up across the room. it does not control one to be right or left however. they are the same channel.

I was looking for a cable splitter for use with my nexus 7 as I was going on a trip and wanted to use it to watch movies with my son on the plane. I have a rather bulky case on my tablet and it has a small opening for all the ports. Unfortunately because the extra material on the plug of the cable splitter, I had to remove the tablet fromy case to use it. Other than that the cord worked as expected and the sound came through clear on both headphones.

I'm putting a second pair of computer speakers into my hallway and living room. I get great music from the internet, so by using this device, i can hear the music any where in the house. I'm thinking of buying another one for my computer in my bedroom. Someday i'm going to buy the wireless speaker system that you sell, and do away with all these wires. Thanks
