Sent back the box has been damaged and not sure if the charger was new. I recommend this charger should you receive a new unused charger with not big hole in the box, when you purchase a new charger.

The charger has little usbc magnets that go in the controllers. Sometimes they stay in. Sometimes not. It’s a cool idea but the hardware might not be up to it

The USB-C tip that inserts the controllers dont go in all the way or dont click in so they can fall out the controller, the magnet from the dock pulls out the charging USB-C tip from the controller when I lift it from the dock. And the charging lights on the controller dont come on, so I doubt theyre currently charging. I'm currently not home but if it's just user error, I'll update my review.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Does not charge. You put the controllers on the dock and the light immediately turns blue (signifying they are charged). Then I try to play and the system says controllers are too low to use. Tried even charging overnight, same result. So not purchase. Garbage item.

Best buy customer service is horrible. Will not purchase anything from Best But anymore. Phone and chat support is horrible. No one had a clue how to resolve simple issues. Reps will lie just to get you off the phone.

The USB-c adapters are magnetic to the base but easily fall out of the controller sockets, where they need to be for fit. The charging connection is also inconsistent. Other than that, it's inexpensive.

Wouldnt charge either controller even after several hrs. Controllers charge just fine through the cable the VR came with, so its this unit that doesnt work

Could you please try as below?
1. Attach magnetic USB-C adapters into the USB-C charging port of the PlayStation VR2 Sense controller.
2. With the magnetic USB-C adapters attached, place the Sense controllers into the charging station and make sure that the magnetic USB-C adapters adhere to the magnetic output connector.
3. The LED turns amber while charging, then turns blue when finished.

Only charges to one bar on each controller and one of the adapters does not stay in the USB C port of the controller. Cannot recommend to others.
