We've had it for 15 months to the day and it's working just fine. Seems to hold the temperature settings we have to each side. Give us more room in our fridge. It came damaged with doors and handles offset due to manufacturing defect but Best Buy gave a small refund to make up for it.

A great wine cooler with 2 zones. We use one for wine and the other for beverages. Only one issue: the switch on one zone was broken off. We got it turned on but the light stays on.

Looks great, high quality product. I like the fact that it has double doors with individual temperature control sections.

The unit works as intended but some of the details are lacking, The wood shelves are somewhat cumbersome to open and close and when closed do not line up. The light is quite bright and there is no option to dim or change to a less intensive color. It can only be turned off. I was mostly disappointed with the delivery schedule, after receiving confirmation of the delivery date it was postponed twice and delivered almost 3 weeks later.

I like the looks and function of this fridge. It's nice looking and works great for the price. Comparable units cost twice as much. It comes with an extra set of wood shelves in case you want to use the entire thing for wine. The two things that I don't like are that the doors don't stay shut unless you close them intentionally. If you push them closed with any force they bounce back open. Also, the doors don't exactly line up on mine. One door droops at the center. I could probably try to shim it but there's no way to fix it without cobbling something together as the doors aren't adjustable.

It’s nice. The dual zone is a must have when you like both wine and beer. We had no issues with delivery and product is sleek

We joined a wine club and were desperate to find an affordable solution to store our subscription wine bottles. This has proven to be the best most economical solution.

So far the wine and beverage cooler is working great. Maintains temperature settings.

The measurements were correct for the space. Looks better than the low price would suggest.

I love this wine and beverage cooler. First of all, it looks cool. It's an elegant addition to my newly renovated kitchen. Secondly, it's one of the few coolers that includes both soft drinks AND wine. Having both soft drinks and wine visible and accessible is an outstanding feature and it saves having the refrigerator door open constantly as family members search for a beverage.

it looks great, dual zone is awesome, and it's quiet. But at 12 months and 3 weeks it stopped cooling. It powered on but did not cool. If I hadn't paid $120 for the GEEK SQUAD service plan, I would've had to pay for the repair out of pocket. But the GS service terms are very disappointing. I hauled the unit back to Best Buy , they sent it out for repairs and 3 weeks later the answer came back that the repair company didn't have the parts to fix it. So I don't know if it was a minor or major repair (such as a compressor) or the repair company that BB uses simply didn't want to deal with it. No details were given to BB. According to the GS terms, my options were: 1.) receive a BB Store Credit for the original purchase price; or 2.) use that BB store credit to purchase a new unit at the current price. After discussing my irritation with the GS manager that I paid with a VISA and didn't want a store credit since I rarely shop at BB, I opted to pay the difference in price and get a new unit. The Geek Squad terms state that a repair or replacement can be used only once during the 4 year term of the agreement. I now have a new unit and no extended warranty. I don't know which is worse: the Insignia cooler that lasted only 13 months or the Geek Squad extended warranty terms.

Great looking cooler for the price. So far I’m very pleased with it…..dual sided controls make it extra great for storing both white and red wines

We purchased the Insignia 21-bottle wine cooler for our new home. It has performed beyond expectations. It runs very quietly. It keeps wine and beer chilled to perfection. A miner detail: when it arrived, the drip tray was damaged. It is only thin plastic. This, however, has/had no effect on the unit's overall functioning or performance. I would recommend this product.

Worked great for about 18 months and then just stopped working! Expensive item to only get 18 months and reading reviews it seems like a lot of others have had same issue between 12-18 months. Good luck trying to find someone to work on it and paying $200-$300 for a repair person if you can find one. Disappointing since we built it into our cabinet layout and no have to replace

Save yourself the money and the stress and DO NOT buy this product. It is an absolute piece of junk and completely gave out after just a year. We ignored the negative reviews and went with it anyway, and sure enough didn't last despite it being taken great care of and minimally used. Once warranty expires and it undoubtedly gives out, Bestbuy will charge you $85 dollars to ship it out (after strenuously having to get it down several flights of stairs ourselves) just to get an "estimate" charge of what the repairs will be, likely not worth it and better off just buying a new one. Absolutely ridiculous.
