Not a good quality product, plus Best Buy considers this a small appliance, which means that you have to bring it into the store to get it serviced. The product weighs 125 pounds and is under my countertops so it is wholly impractical for me to bring it into the store. Avoid this product of you can.

Dependable, attractive, useful light to see what you are looking for. I wish it had more flexibility in the shelves for beer in case you wanted bottles versus cans. Designed best for cans.

The beverages doesn't get ice cold. The doors did not close correctly. I had to find a washer that wasn’t included so that the doors would close properly.

This is a nice looking beverage cooler but it stopped working after less than 2 years. I see many other reviewers with the same complaint which makes me think it’s a brand/quality issue.

Love the fact that we can have 2 different temps. Looks awesome and functions in the space hoe we need it to.

It fit perfectly in our kitchen and looks built in. The adjustable shelving is convenient and does a great job keeping drinks cool.

After much research and reading reviews I selected this dual zone beverage refrigerator. It has the option for wine and/or other beverages. Has a nice sleek appearance and able to lock.

Good buy for the money. Holds more than one it replaced. Was cheaper than the one it replaced/ 8 years old, almost 9. Good flexabilty with shelves. Like the two doors. One side is cooler than the other.

We are very happy with this wine fridge! It’s been working great- we use the dual chamber cooling for both wine & soda. The look is very stylish- the wood shelves add an extra level of sleekness. The only negative I would say is the wood shelves sometimes don’t slide out super easy, but it’s a very minor call out. We love this wine fridge!

I haven’t used it yet but so far all looks perfect. Looking forward to know if it makes a lot of noise or not.

Dont buy Insignia Brand, and especially dont buy this product. At 16 months it started beeping and overheating. No one will come fix it, even if I say I will pay. I just want to know what is wrong. Look at all the reviews here about total failures. They dont offer any repair options if you dont buy Geek Squad. This fridge was great, favorite part of our kitchen remodel, but now it is destined for the landfill with no support or way to fix it. I called Insignia, AKA Bestbuy they say only instore repairs. The store manager says past 1 year manufacturer warranty we wont look at it. Great looking fridge but it stopped working. Read the other reviews so many failures, there has to be an obvious design or production flaw. How can they continue to sell this. PS drip tray had a small amount of oil, not sure what that means.
