I just opened it tonight and the little tab at the bottom that tells the unit if the door is open or closed is completely broken off/missing. The unit now thinks the right side door is open all the time. Additionally the doors are very uneven. I'll change my review once Best Buy makes it right

No one other than best buy services or repairs Isignia brand. Best Buy will not come to my home to service the unit, so i have to haul the 125lb machine out of my basement and to the store. They should offer in home services if theyre the only knes who will service it. I wont buy Insignia brand again.
