Never was called and now the local store is pushing me off. Purchased $9700 worth appliances. Refrigerator, double oven, range, dish washer, microwave, wine cooler.

Wont hold a temperature (which bestbuy wont warranty) and when delivered they used the stickiest tape imaginable to keep the doors closed. The tape would not come off the stainless steel. Finally got it off after scrubbing for hours and it discolored the stainless steel. Bestbuy wont replace or even send me new doors (even when I offered to pay for them). I now have stained doors on brand new refrigerator and a wine fridge that wont hold a temperature. Will never buy another item from Bestbuy.

Broke Twice..Horrible Quality!

Best Buy gave me a new unit and then it breaks again 15 months later! 3 months past the warranty. Same problem each time, it just stopped getting cool. Horrible quality product.
