    Died after 14 months like many other buyers and reviewers here. Thought it was a good deal. Too bad the quality is too poor. Clearly their product is flawed. Avoid!

    Complete junk! The first one quit after 9 months. It was replaced and like many of the other reviews, this one quit cooling just over one year after delivery and I was basically told to pound sand. Infuriating! It never occurred to me to buy an extended warranty. I have a crummy little fridge I bought for my kid in college 18 years ago that works fine. Buyer beware AND buy an extended warranty.

    Looks nice but the fridge died 15 months after purchase which is 3 months after the manufacturer’s warrantee ran out. I expect better if you want me to trust your Insignia brand, Best Buy. Stay clear of this fridge.

    Do not buy- broke and poor customer service. Stopped working after 2 years. Best Buy told us to bring it in to diagnose and once we got it there, we were told that they don't diagnose. No help from customer service either. They hang up after 10 minutes. Will never buy Insognia again or from BB Huntington.

    Like other reviewers have mentioned, only lasted a year. I took the chance and bought this but it stopped cooling 2 weeks before the warranty expired, however the geek squad couldn’t fix the issue so they credited me for the price I paid and I used it to get something else that would hopefully last. Its a shame that for the price these wine coolers cost you would think they would last a long time.

    The cooler does not keep the wine cold anymore. We purchased our cooler over a year ago and did not think that we had to buy an extended warranty. That was our mistake. The cooler does not work anymore, and of course it happened right after the warranty ended. It does not keep our beverages cool at all. It beeps consistently and does not cool the wine to the desired temperatures. The fans in the back have stopped working. We did a lot of research before buying this and even had a friend recommendation. Will not be buying Insignia products anymore.

    DO NOT BUY!!! I installed my fridge at the end of October 2021. It stopped working Sept 17 2022. I could not call Best Buy the day it stopped working so upon trying to get warranty repair they will not do anything since I called past the original purchase date even though it stopped working prior to a year. If you MUST buy get the extended warranty. I now have a $700 paperweight and must replace it. No one services these things either.

    Bought this refrigerator about a year and a half ago and the compressor went out. It is not eligible for a in-home repair with our extended warranty, so you have to load it back up in your truck and drag it to the store. Complete hassel.

    Doors broken and hard to return. Tried to get installer to take it back but he wouldn't. Needed a box but the one that it was shipped in was torn up and wasn't usable. I'm 77 years old and all of this is too hard for me to accomplish.
