    Bought this refrigerator about a year and a half ago and the compressor went out. It is not eligible for a in-home repair with our extended warranty, so you have to load it back up in your truck and drag it to the store. Complete hassel.

    DO NOT BUY!!! I installed my fridge at the end of October 2021. It stopped working Sept 17 2022. I could not call Best Buy the day it stopped working so upon trying to get warranty repair they will not do anything since I called past the original purchase date even though it stopped working prior to a year. If you MUST buy get the extended warranty. I now have a $700 paperweight and must replace it. No one services these things either.

    4 months old….I get home from work, the cooler is beeping and reading Hi and temp is 76 degrees…..total junk

    Bought in November 2022 and broke this week. Constantly running and not getting cold enough. Out of warranty as it is for one year. I do not recommend.

    Stopped working, Destin store GM won’t respond

    Stopped working after 3/4 months. When I called Total-tech they said they would send messages to my local store (consumers can’t contact store directly) They said the GM or AGM would have to reach out to me. They never did its been about 6 months. I was told the Destin Store just hasn’t been servicing Totaltech for the past 6 months.

    Broke after a year and apparently no way to fix it. Would definitely not recommend ever buying insginia products.

    Wine cooler

    Doors broken and hard to return. Tried to get installer to take it back but he wouldn't. Needed a box but the one that it was shipped in was torn up and wasn't usable. I'm 77 years old and all of this is too hard for me to accomplish.

    After about 13 months stopped working. Horrible smell coming from fridge and started to get hot. Since we didn’t use it for a couple of months we didn’t realize that’s what was giving off a weird smell in the kitchen. $800 fridge stops working in a year and Best Buy shrugs their shoulders. Extremely angry and disappointed.

    Looks great and had high hopes but right side of fridge constantly would Display error LO and fridge would alarm (beeping). Had to return it. Also fridge is heavy and would be nice if Best Buy had a delivery option.

    Don’t waste your time and money on this one. It stopped cooling a little after a year and the cost to repair quoted was over $400!

    Looks great, but it only lasted a year before it stopped cooling. If you get one, buy the extended warranty to mitigate against a possible headache.

    Stopped cooling a month after warranty was out and of course there is nothing Best Buy or Insignia will do for me. Pretty expensive appliance to only last a year.

    After 4 months my first one stop cooling now after three months the second fridge is barely able to maintain temperature. This is a highly questionable purchase.

    Does not work. Won’t cool. The cooler doesn’t seem to register that the doors are closed. Door open alarm starts beeping after 5 minutes. We’ve tried restarting, being sure the fridge is level, gently wiping the seals with a damp warm cloth. Nothing. It simply beeps after 5 minutes as if the doors were open.

    Bought for a remodel, couldn't get it upstairs (too heavy for me) and opened before return expired. Missing an important piece. Won't replace. That's horrible customer service.
