Luckily the scratches are on bottom and cannot be seen. The magnet to shut doors is not very strong so it bounces open a lot. Overall satisfied though.

Just long enough over the 12 month warranty it to be peeved. But paying $79 for an extra year of "warranty," for a $700 item seemed like bad value when we bought it. With our luck it would have lasted 25 months. The shelves are funky heights, which is fine for traditional soda cans, but you lose a lot of space overall if you use even one shelf for beer bottles or tall craft brew cans. In other words, it needs more shelf space options. For the right side sometimes the pullout shelves get stuck & heaven help you if you have anything other than a skinny bottle of wine. Also, the alarm for the doors being open is super faint, so for the longest time we couldn't track down the noise even 5' away. It's not obvious when the doors aren't fully closed. (No click.)

We keep pop on the left and wine/liquor/coffee creamer/cannabis seeds on the right. Both doors are lockable and it comes with two keys. I don't have children, but I imagine that would be a plus for those that do.

Best Buy informed us the warranty was only for one year. Tried to get it repaired but several companies said they could not fix or if they could it probably wouldn't be cost effective. Will not buy our next fridge from Best Buy if they cannot stand by their product.

Great Beverage Fridge!

Would highly recommend this one to anyone! The only thing that we have to do is add a separate circuit to our breaker box. Most beverage fridge’s recommend using a separate circuit to the breaker.

At the price point and quality we chose this as the cooler for out Butler Station. It complements our other appliances and really brings the needed touch to complete our room. Would consider purchase again if needed.

However it’s stops cooling after 1 year 7 days from purchase and Best Buy and their Insignia exclusive brand don’t stand behind it and won’t fix it. Expect 1 year or a $860/12 per month rental. Suggest you pass….

Great fridge

Holds way more bottles and cans than we anticipated! The shelves are so easy to adjust to different heights. I like wine and each shelf is a different kind. We can house all of my husbands beers and kids sodas on other side.

We are using it for about one year and have no problem. We can put the small and big wines, beverages, and small box drinks on the racks. We like the different temperature zones in each side so we can control the sides for specific drinks.
