Extremely poor quality control. Unit was damaged inside of a completely undamaged box and a large piece of plastic fellout of the back of the unit where it had cracked inside the box. As this was cosmetic and in a spot not really visible i was going to let it slide. Once plugged in, however, unit powered on by never got cold. On moving to pack it up to return it had apparently leaked compressor oil all over my floor. Outside of all of the QC and mechanical issues, the shelving in the unit was poorly laid out and would not fit anywhere near the listed capacity unless you only had half bottles.

Fits in a 34.5" x 24" space perfectely. Love the dual temperature settings.

Best Buy won’t exchange because I am barely past the 15 day window. All don’t want a refund, just an exchange for one that doesn’t look like it was beat with a hammer. When I called the agent was extremely rude.

Back corner of this appliance was damaged. We did not unbox within the 30 days because our kitchen was running behind and Best Buy would not honor a return or any kind of fix for it. Very frustrating.

Just like others it arrived damaged. Not worth the hassle. Avoid.

First off, the item arrived late. Second, the item was damaged when we took it out of the box. The box was OK but the fridge itself was damaged on the bottom. That means someone at Insignia deliberately put a damaged refrigerator in the box. We had no where to store our wine for Thanksgiving so we ended up putting it in an ice chest.

This Wine Cooler is very attractive in our bar area and high performing. Keeps bottles and cans extremely cold and refreshing. It also is extremely quiet and barely notice when it’s actually cooling. We really enjoy the separate zones and sides. It keeps temps accurate.

This is the most beautiful wine and beverage fridge I have seen we absolutely love it. It offers extra shelf racks, tons of space and is very efficient and quiet. We have little space so we put it if living room and it looks beautiful we love love love it and the price was more than we wanted to spend but trust me, you get what you pay for. We are not sorry at all.

This wine cooler is amazing! It is designed to accommodate two separate temperatures - One for red wine and the other side for canned drinks and white wine. It is compact and looks elegant.'

The cooler fits dozens of waters and other beverages of your choice which is amazing. However, on the wine side, we found that not all bottles fit in perfectly but we figured other fridges of this design have similar issues like this. The cooler looks amazing and operates very quietly which was a plus.

Install was simple. The fridge is very sleek and provides two types of a shelving options. This is our second one, though, as the first one broke down after three years. We're hoping the second one will do better and think we'll blame the issues with the first one on manufacturing issues during covid.

Excellent fridge. Looks great in my remodeled kitchen. I get a lot of compliments. Love the dual coolers. Allows me to have my special reds stored cool and my white wines cold

Great looking bar refrigerator. Working fine….new….but we hope it will give us years of good service. We like the two (2) separate areas that can be set at different temps for wine…and also for other drinks on the other side. Our only issue was that the delivery men did not speak English and had the personality of an old, dried-up mop.

Works great. It seems very quiet. Keeps beverages at appropriate temperature. Very stylish.

This is a very nice dual zone beverage cooler, with a number of different potential configurations. It comes with both wooden and wire shelves, which is great for a mixture of wine and can storage. The unit itself is quite well-built and looks very nice installed in our kitchen. Both sides light up for convenience and make beverage selection easy in low light conditions. Overall, this is a great value for the price and so far, we are quite happy with the purchase.
