Product is of good value and it was very easy to unbox and setup. However, the contacts to the rechargeable controller batteries do get hot enough that you can feel the heat while using the controller.

Over the years I have come around on the Insignia branded products. They make quality devices, so I wasn't surprised by the great look and performance of this Xbox One controller charger. It looks good on my shelf and it keeps my device charged and ready for gaming. Since this purchase, I've gone on to buy 2 more...what can I say, I love a good charger. This is a must buy if you are tired of using AA batteries in your X1 controllers.

IF you are a owner of the elite controller and love all the customization without the hassle of finding battery packs this bad boy is for you! Its very easy to use. Easy as adding the pack to the controller and dropping it on the charger, YEP DROPPING IT , dont have to plug anything in the controller just drop it down on the bracket and it starts charging wireless. the bracket is the only thing that takes a mini usb cable.
