This is a solid laptop stand that has held up for years. Super nice all around and able to hold my extremely heavy gaming laptop without any movement.

Great stand for my laptop. Fits my 17 inch laptop just fine. Seems very sturdy and very adjustable. Great buy in my opinion.

This is my first ever laptop stand and it seems to be made well. It does require a bit of effort to adjust the stand to the proper height and angle but I attribute that to the fact that it's not made of cheap materials. I'm using it with a slightly older 15.6" laptop and I would not be comfortable going much larger. Occasionally, the laptop will slip past the rubber grips that are on the front of the stand but it doesn't slide all the way off. My laptop just seems to be a bit thicker than what the stand is designed for, so it requires me to adjust the laptop from time to time so it doesn't keep slipping. Given the size and weight of my laptop, I'm impressed that the stand still feels relatively stable. Although, a direct hit would still probably knock it over. All in all, it's a good purchase for the price. However, if you have a large laptop (like 17"), you may want to look elsewhere.

Feels real sturdy with laptop on it, lot of different positions it can be manipulated into. Great for the price and if you don't need a docking solution.

gives wonderful adjustable height. Can put wireless keyboard underneath. Put monitor at sight level so, I am not hunched over. Love it!

I really liked the fact that you can change angles and height. The cost is reasonable.

This is my second one, if that tells you anything, it tells you I love. The metal that it is made of is surprisingly sturdy. The one thing that can be improved is I wish it could move in all directions.

For the price, this stand is amazing. - Not the most elegant, (is stamped aluminum?) BUT the laptop covers most of it anyway, and it is very adjustable, and holds my 14" laptop perfectly. Very happy with this one.

Overall happy with this stand. A couple reasons I decided to give it four stars instead of five: I was a little confused with how to open it up/tilt it at first. I was forced to pull on the top of it with more strength than I expected to need. I was originally worried I would break it when it wasn't budging with my initial pulling on the top. Adding a little mention of this in instructions that are packaged with the product would have been helpful. The other small critique is that the stand has a little bit of bounce. If there is movement on the underlying surface, your computer will shake a little bit in the stand. I'm never worried that my laptop will fall, but the slight shaking is a little bit annoying.

Build quality on this stand is phenomenal. It's a perfect fit for my desk setup. It provides the perfect ventilation for my gaming laptop. Great addition to my desk setup. Also at the price point compared to other stands with this level of build quality you can't go wrong with this.

I bought this Insignia laptop stand hoping to get my 17 inch HP laptop screen up to eye level. Unfortunately it was not satisfactory for a 17 inch laptop; the laptop kept slipping off. It did prove to be satisfactory for a 14 inch Chromebook. The hinges are firm and stay in place and the height and angle are easily adjustable I knocked off a star because it did not work with a 17 inch laptop as advertised. Even though open box, it appeared new, and the price open box was very reasonable.

Overall, it's a decent product and not that heavy. I've been using it for over a week now and have not had any issues with it. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is that it's not really made to put your laptop on it and type using the laptop keyboard. However, if you are just going to rest the laptop on it while connected to monitors with a wireless or wired mouse/keyboard, then it will work fine. The bottom material is thin, so the whole thing can easily tilt over if too much pressure is applied. Also, depending on the surface you put this on it can slide at times. Once again, if you are just looking for a stand to hold your laptop or I-pad, this can work. just don't expect to do work on it as it is not made to withstand the additional pressures.

Great quality Laptop stand! Exactly what I was looking for. Something to hold my laptop up to eye level to reduce neck strain. It is adjustable to my specific needed height. It also actually frees up space on my desk too. Highly recommend!

This a high quality solid aluminum laptop stand. It would be nice if it was more compact when fold, otherwise it is a great product.

When I first seen this available on Best Buy website, I was so excited I went straight to Best Buy and picked it up is excellent.
