My only issue is that it's a little stiff and requires both hands to raise it up, but probably because it's so new. It definitely gets the job done.

I like that you can adjust it to different heights. Since it is so sturdy, you have to use some strength to adjust it. Not tall enough to use as a standing desk.

Not only is it ergonomic, but it works very well when I stand to make a presentation on Zoom. I highly recommend this riser. It is adjustable and easy to use.
