The kit includes several accessories for many anticipated use cases. There are surface mounts to allow the camera to be attached to the outside of a car, for example. My needs are more conventional, so I've not had a need for many of them. One disappointment was the handheld extension pole. The plastic used to attach the pole to the mount didn't hold up very well and broke rather soon after attempting to use it. Fortunately, I'd looped a wrist strap around the pole and attached to the GoPro, so when it failed, it simply slid down the pole toward my hand. Expensive crash avoided. Overall, it was an inexpensive set of accessories meant to provide extra mounts and straps, and for that purpose, it has worked well. If you need a "grab-bag" of accessories for various shooting conditions, this kit may serve your needs. However, whatever you do, please secure the camera to another backup mount with a strap or cable (some provided in the kit) to save the cost of the GoPro should the mounts fail for some reason.

The Insignia set contains just about every accessory you need for the Go Pro 5 black. I used the yellow floating handle for snorkeling, which worked perfectly. The pins that hold the Go Pro 5 to other accessories are universal. I used the pins from this set for a snorkel mask with no problems. Next purchase is the Insignia case which for the price seems like the best value.

Great value for the price. If you buy each item separately, you will pay much more. The pole is easy to expand and retract. I haven't used the other accessories yet, but will be soon. I am rating it 4 stars because I am missing a piece. The box I bought was an open box item, said it had all the items, but I am missing a tripod.

I got this kit to go with my 1st gopro. You can't beat the price for everthing you get. The quality is not near as good as the gopro branded items but once you experiment with the accessories that comes in this kit, you'll know what more expensive accessories you want to buy and what is not needed depending on the type of recording you're doing.

I picked a gopro for a cruise i went on and was blown away at how each accessory was $60 or more... the Best Buy associate recommended this pack to me. It had all the accessories i wanted plus more for a really low price... i think i got this for $50... The only hard part was figuring out which screw clamps went with which accessory... but no big deal really

I came into Best Buy looking for something else and ended up finding this product after it was recommended by an employee. We had just purchased a go pro at Christmas and we're looking for a chest harness. This kit had a harness and many more pieces for $20 more than what we would've paid for just the chest harness. It was a great deal !

Everything came easy to use and it fit well with the GoPro

I purchased a go pro camera and wanted to have all the different options for mountain bike riding and different outdoor activities that I wanted to record this gave you many of those options at a very affordable price so it was a good deal in general. Although I did not end up keeping the go Pro camera

Didn't come with everything I wanted, but it is still a great starter kit. The floating handle is a must if your near water. The selfie stick works great. I haven't tried the chest holder, but the forehead one fits great and is comfortable to wear for the 30 minutes till my go Pro battery dies.

I purchased my first GoPro recently and wanted to have a variety of mounts and accessories without breaking the bank. Picked up this set and I really like the flexibility it gives me. I’ve been using the chest and head mounts the most and they’ve held up well as I use them to record shooting competitions.

I am still waiting to use all the things that comes with it, but in general idea with the onces i already use, i can say it is a good way to have multiple tools just in case you need extra things to use your GoPro in multiple scenarios.

Kit has different items for all sorts of activities. Haven't used them all yet but can't wait to. Everything came perfectly in the package and I found the accessories to be easy to use. Would highly recommend for anyone who is really active and wants to take great shots or video while on the go

The kit includes a tripod, mono pod, head strap, body strap, suction base, flotation device, and several other extra accessories. Its a great starter kit and has all the basics you could need to a Gopro and easy to use. Only problem, my float broke before i got to use it, however fixable.

My husband loves this kit it fits his go pro perfectly! He love the fact he can wear it on his chest or head. It comes with a bunch of other accessories if he didn’t want to wear it he could hold it or stand it on the stand.

Got this as a recommendation from one of the employees saying its the better option. you get everything for the price that's a little higher than the price of just 1 go pro piece of equiptment

..in my case because I had none of the items (accessories) at all. In that case, this is a good accessory package. All items in the package seem solidly made and should last. The head strap holder / connection is definitely much more comfortable if worn under a suitable hat. The chest harness is fairly comfortable. One suggestion when using these attachments is to point your camera a bit higher than you might think. The wide shooting area of the camera captures a lot more view than you think and a good number of my first attempts would have been better if the camera were pointed a bit higher. Here is a another reason to experiment with this camera (and attachments) a bit before you get into a situation where you want that first shot to be right because it may be the only shot you get.
