Arms don't adjust up and down and are too low for my comfort so added thick arm cushions to increase the height.

The arm rest aren’t adjustable, the chair dose tilt but doesn't recline. Not much going on here with this chair it’s a basic gaming chair and it’s pretty good at doing that besides the height of the chair
