The chair does tilt and move as expected, though when I do move or tilt it comes with loud creaks that I have no idea how to clear up. It has no additional support or padding (such as lumbar), and no room to add third party pads, that what you see in the pictures. This is what you see in every basic image of an office or room. No frills, no additions, and little to speak for it. while everything does work as advertised, nothing goes beyond what it advertised. If you are looking for a comfortable chair to spend hours in streaming, or playing your favorite games, look elsewhere. If you are just needing something to pay bills on in front of your laptop, this'll do.

It fits perfectly with my desk. I did have to replace the plastic tires because they tend to scratch the floor.

good size for shorter adults

There is some creaking when leaning back, but it is not a significant issue as I do not frequently rock and forth.
