The arm rests are low, it is super stiff, and over all super uncomfortable.

Think about it: just as important as a mattress your office chair is the chair your will spend some hours in. I will give 0-5 in all categories. 1st the chair look bigger in the pitrute and for those big mans the widths will be kind of tight. I feel like my feets do not have thr freedom. I give a 3 in confort. 2nd the chair cushion is less than adecuate making the chair feel a bit firm. But the suport is adecuate. The quality: only time will tell but so far the materials look and feel cheap and sintetic. I will give a 3 in quality. The price is overpriced for the regualr retail price. But if you can get it for around 100 dollars it can be a attractive option. I will give a 3 in value for money. Overall: if you can pay a bit more their are better more confortable products out there.

Could be a little more comfortable but for the price well within what was expected. I do wish I could figure out the tilt but that is likely user error. This is a new purchase so unsure on long term durability.

It's been a sturdy chair for me and I like how it has a full back rest. I only wish that the back and seat had more cushion, so what I ended up doing was buying some extra cushions for the seat and back to make it more comfortable for me.

Ive sat in many office / gaming chairs, and this is easily the smallest one ive ever sat in. Im 6 feet tall and my elbows dont even touch the arm rests because they are so low. Not only that, but the chair doesnt even raise up high enough to be even with my sit-to-stand desk, which is set to the lowest setting. Its clearly a chair made for children, but it doesnt say that anywhere in the description.
