Easy to assemble except for the arm rests, hard to line up properly. My butt went numb after using for 1 hour along with my hands from the hard armrests. And the other big no no was the spring for reclining was to stiff not to mention no lock position in any position for reclining.

(I am 170 lbs) The chair has very thin foam on the seat and gets very uncomfortable on your glutes and hamstring area after about 30 min of use. The chair does not want to lean back very easily. It takes a significant amount of force to make the chair lean back. I really wish I would have spent more money on a nicer chair.

1. Tilt enable/disable:
Enable tilt: pull out the handle.
Disable tile: push in the handle.
2. Tension adjustment:
The knob is under the seat.
Loose tension: counterclockwise Tight tension: clockwise

The chair is extremely small. Im 5’6 and my head goes above the head rest. It is uncomfortable and you can feel the screws through the bottom even when they are not in all the way.

The chair back screw holes are missing and the holes that were there the screws didn’t line up. It was a waste of my time, I had to disassemble the chair and return it.
