But it works better than the universal remote my mom tried to replace it.

This remote allows both my partner and I to have a controller rather than "handing off" between us to change channel, change volume. A second remote paired to the TV is a plus!

Also did not have a receipt looked it by the date of purchase and helped me getting my refund
