All the buttons work as they should. It's good quality, I have a dog who likes to chew up promote so definitely get the warranty protection plan if you have the same lol

Fire TV remote is the best!

We were able to program fast without any issues. I will not buy any remotes again with Amazon and will come to Best Buy first.

Perfect Replacement After 6 Years

None of them worked. Finally, I found this remote, and it’s been a game-changer. It connects immediately as soon as we switch it on, with no setup issues at all. It’s very reliable, easy to use, and feels just like the original. After years of frustration, this is the first remote that truly solved the problem.

Did take a little long for it to be register with the TV but the bottom line is it works and was cheaper than replacing the TV.

It mates easily with your Fire TV. You have full control of all your apps and setup which is not possible with an ordinary remote, is simple with this one. It works with Toshiba as well as Insignia Brand Fire TVs. It is a replacement for your missing original remote.

I had been dreading the purchase of another because I thought it would be expensive and take time to get to me. Best Buy had the best price for the perfect remote. Everyone else wanted double the price to include the voice recognition in the remote. Best Buy had it available, the best price, and available for same day and next day shipping!
