I lost my original remote and was worried I would have issues connecting this one. But all I had to do was use the Fire TV app as a remote and setting up this replacement was super easy.

This remote is the same exact remote just different brand and it paired within second and works even better than the factory one that came with my tv! Batteries have also lasted over 3 weeks to! HIGHLY recommend this as a replacement. Just check and make sure it’s compatible with your tv first.

All the buttons work as they should. It's good quality, I have a dog who likes to chew up promote so definitely get the warranty protection plan if you have the same lol

My replacement remote works perfect as a universal remote I brought my broken remote and the salesman was able to match of my remote with the TV I previously purchased at Best Buy!! No programming was necessary either. The remote paired with my Smart TV perfectly

I truly congratulate you on these 2 guys. I dealt with them 2 independent issues (computer and the phones) both were wonderful). I cannot vouch for other employees, but suffice it to say that I have never written review before.
