Thank You Best Brought i had read that some remote are cheap knock off's not this one it work perfectly.

Insignia replacement remote for Fire TV

This is the same exact remote as my original one, and works exactly the same way. Everything I could do with the original remote, I can do with this one. I hated to spend the money for it, but when you reset your TV, you can only go so far in the set up mode, before you need the remote. You can’t use your phone App to set up the TV, because it needs to be paired with your TV first. A replacement remote like this is the only way to get your TV going again. I highly recommend it!

Quick search found this replacement remote at BB. Ordered online and picked up the remote the same day. Installed the batteries and the was back in business immediately.
