I purchased this one from Best Buy and it was so easy to use. I just opened the box put in the batteries and it remembered my tv and connected instantly. I purchase all of my electronics from Best Buy.

We tried to be really good anout not leaving it out but she got to it again… still works tho lol

And yes. I brought my TV in to store because I thought it was the TV but instead had to purchase a brand new remote. Unfortunately I had to buy the remote before the TV would work because the one that came with TV did not. But at least they helped to connect the new one
