And yes. I brought my TV in to store because I thought it was the TV but instead had to purchase a brand new remote. Unfortunately I had to buy the remote before the TV would work because the one that came with TV did not. But at least they helped to connect the new one

We were pretty devastated because we didn't know if the remote was replaceable. To my surprise, the remote was readily available at my nearest store and I was able to get a new one the same day. The remote was affordable and extremely easy to set up. The pairing instructions are concise and to the point. It functions perfectly as the other one did before. We couldn't be happier. I'm so grateful Bestbuy carried this remote in stock because it truly made my mother-in-law's life so much easier.

Got this replacement and have had no problems with it. Didn’t have to pair it either. It automatically worked.

Anyway, the placement of the buttons are a little different, so it took a bit to get used to that, but otherwise it has worked flawlessly.

It works perfectly fine just as the original that came with the TV. Haven’t had any problems with it whatsoever other than a little battery change.
