A case for remote controls never occurred to me until I handled my first FireStick controller. Though well shaped and simplistic the naked remote is slippery, too easily squeezed out of my hand; a design flaw in my book. This Insignia case solves the problem. Not only do I now get a solid, comfortable grip the case also provides more protection against breaking, cracks ands scrapes. Easily worth the few dollars I paid. I own 1 green cases and an orange and am considering grabbing a few more just to have in case one tears or if I get more FireTV streamers that can use this case now that they’re clearanced down to practically nothing.

Great product. Helps keep the remote from slipping out of our hands. Love the colors which helps us all recognize what remote belongs to what room in the house. Plus I this for an unbeatable price of $0.99 each. I would recommend this if you often have a hard time finding the remote. You certainly can't miss it when they have on these bright colored skins.

I bought this remote cover along with the Amazon Fire TV Stick. Let's face it, dropping the remote happens to the best of us. After dropping my remote a few times in a week's span and worrying about the potential aftermath, I decided to purchase this remote cover. The texture of the cover seems to help keep the remote safely in my hand and if I do end up dropping the remote again I know the little guy will be just fine.

This is perfect fit. It protects your remote from scratches and low level drops like 2-3 ft when placed on the lap or arm rest. I am not sure if dropped while standing as i do not use my remote standing up, anyways. I would not recommend it as i do not really see a need to it. I only got this as a free item from purchasing the fire tv stick. Otherwise i will not buy it separately.
