The screws and connections were cross threaded and lucky I was able to salvage from other mount kits to work. The mount did not fit my tv and again I was able to salvage from another kit to work. The adjustment screws are poorly placed that makes attaching the mount the most difficult and if not careful you will strip the screw head. It is extremely low profile. So much you can't get behind the tv to tighten the screws ove placed on the mount. I would return but if the company doesn't care in the product they put out I doubt they will make it easy to return. I will not buy from this company again.

Not easy to secure tv to wall

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thanks so much to the manufacturer for not including longer M8 bolts, so I had to go to THREE hardware stores just to find the proper sized screw so I can also use the spacers. Because I had to move this thing around so many times, the screws are no longer secure so I now have to use thread glue. This will be really fun to remove from the wall once I'm ready to move!

Not the right size

My television is 43" and this mount was listed with it. When it arrived I noticed it was for a 39" set. I am not sure why it was included in the bundle package, but I returned it. Best Buy may want to correct this since I see it is still showing online as part of the bundle package.

When I got to the store for pickup, the box says oy only goes up to 39 inches and the store claims it is the same item number that I ordered online.

The wall mount itself is sturdy enough but one of the cheap screws to attach to the back of my tv broke off as I was attaching the mounting bracket. So 3 of the 4 screws are in place, which leaves my tv slightly crooked. I can’t remove the broken screw because the shaft is too far in so then I had to readjust the bracket to compensate for the unevenness. Very irritated. Would’ve returned it but having a broken screw stuck in the tv leaves me in the same boat regardless of a new mount.
