We used better mounting anchors than what came with the package, but other than that, everything you need is in the box.

I used this is my home office for a very light weight 32 inch tv. I'm giving it 4 stars because the problem I had was the packaged screw heads were smaller than the holes and washers were not provided. The other issue was when I clipped the tv on the the bracket it wouldn't go quite level; it was slightly off level.
