Just follow the directions and you are golden. They included about every possible screw that you would ever need and about 20 extras so that was awesome too. The frame is sturdy and the TV sits very close to flush with the wall which is what we wanted. Make sure that you install any wiring on the TV before you mount it (get help for this part) to make life easier. One possible con is that it is possible to slide the TV completely off the mount just by pushing it, so if you have children I suppose you might need to be extra careful. Overall, great mount.
