Mount the bracket onto your TV, drill some holes to the wall, and viola, you have a TV mounted to your wall. It is super flush to the wall, so don't expect to tilt it in any way. You can also get away with just screwing in the top two screws and leaving out the bottom two. Best Buy kind of sells this for a little too much. Costco has a similar stand that titls for about the same price.

This one is in my bedroom where a tilt feature isn't needed because I'm watching from a prone position and the screen in above my eyesight line but not so much that it's uncomfortable. Once mounted, the television can slide left or right for easy access to ports or centering on a wall.
