Works as expected

The actual mount bolts to the studs. There's a template included to help you line it up perfectly. Two steel rods are attached to the television in the appropriate holes on the back. Then depending on the size of the television you made need an additional person to hang the television on the mount. The rods have an opening at the top that click once it's hung to lock the television in place. If you want to remove the TV you simple pull the string attached to the rod to disengage the clamp. The television can be moved from side to side on the Mount depending on your preference. All in all it was easy to install, took about 30 mins once you figure out the directions

Awesome wall mount works great

Works great and would recommend it to any one who wishes to have that nice clean look with hidden or no wires and no more Tv stands. if installed correctly it should last a life time.

Good but I didn't realize this at first...

I didn't realize that the mount would "slide" side to side. Maybe I didn't read the description well enough but I ended up putting 2 screws in the wall and placing one of the rails between the screws so that it could not move from where I intended it to be. Everything else was great

They are to high priced compared to the internet and was offended by the BB manager when I asked for a discount after spending over $4k on equipment. A furniture store would work great in that spot.
