Works good. Good size. Easy to work. Not complicated

Very good tablet for the price. It has lot's of internal storage(32 GB) and can be expanded ever further with a memory card. Nice picture quality and sound. The only drawback I've noticed from a previous purchase of this tablet is that the screen tends to scratch. Otherwise it's pretty good for the kids or as a second tablet.

Bought it and it worked fine for the first week then developed a green line in the center, then would not stay connected to wifi. Ended up taking it back to store and they gave me a replacement with no problem. The new one works just fine no issues

Bought in 8 in and when grandma was useing it she thought. Abigger screen would help and oh has it it is so muchh easyer for her to use. Also if bing for elderly people sugest you by case with stand as makes even bette for her

This is my second tablet. I love the larger size touch screen. It's super easy to use and I can't believe all the things it does!! I'm only sorry I didn't get one sooner.

I bought this tablet for my wife for Christmas. She had a Kindle Fire HD 8.9 that was always crashing, I looked over reviews and decided to buy her this one, I am glad I did but be warned that if you are a scrabble user, you can only get free scrabble. I imported her purchased scrabble from Kindle and set it up on this tablet and it works great.

Overall, very good except it has two thin blue lines that run the length of the screen. I have read in other reviews that this was a problem for this unit and unfortunately it is the case for me too. I should return it but then we would have to set up the replacement all over again.

The tablet is everything I expected and more for the cost.

I had shopped for 2 weeks trying to decide what tablet I would buy, looking at the only other office store around too. This is a big purchase for me. 3 different times I asked 3 different Best Buy salesmen if this would do what I wanted to do. Each said yes, that it was comparable to the more expensive ones. I was also planning to buy one for my son later on. I bought an Insignia Flex at Best Buy on 5/21/2016 for $119.99 + tax. It did not work. I took it back & exchanged it on 5/23/2016. It was on sale for $99.99. They credited my credit card $20.00. Because it was on sale, I bought one for my son on 5/23/16 for $99,99 +tax. He did not use his much at first. It actually sat for 10 days without his using it at all because it was not doing what he wanted; his phone was better. Because his phone was giving him trouble I told him to use his tablet at home on Wi-Fi. 2 days later – June 18th – the tablet locked up, would not work at all. It would not do anything. He could not even restart it. My tablet had also been slow, very sluggish, not doing what the salesman said it was capable of doing. So when his locked up I decided to return both, realizing they were a defective product. I didn’t want mine to just stop working also. It was within 30 days of purchase. When I took them back the Returns salesman looked at them & the receipts & said, Yes; they are not working. You can return them. He could not get the one to turn off at all. He asked if I wanted to find something else; so I said I would look around. Not finding anything in my price range (needing 2) I found him again & asked if I can just get my money back. He said yes. So at the return register, another salesman said the register said they could only give me a Best Buy gift card. I asked to see a manager (Jessica, I think), telling her that these were defective & also not doing what 3 salesmen said they were capable of doing. She could not turn it off. She still said I could only get a gift card. $200 is more that I would ever spend at Best Buy in 2 years. Then my husband had come in the store. He asked what else we could do. They said we could call Insignia about a refund. So we left. I called the Best Buy toll free number. They said they only dealt with internet returns, and to also call Insignia. Called Insignia later. They went thru the process of resetting the tablet over the phone. We were able to turn the tablet off but it never would come completely back on. They said it was defective, but it was the individual store’s discretion whether to give a refund or not on both. I did an Insignia survey. After it was finished I saw that it is a Best Buy company – a Best Buy logo came up at the end. So now we have contacted our credit card company to help us settle the matter. I just want to get a refund on these defective products. Best Buy will never hear from us again….because we plan to NEVER shop there again.

I really like my tablet, I like the size and the ease of navigating thru it. Its clear and takes great photos and videos, sound is great. And light weight.
