The tablet is lagging and the screen is not gorilla glass. My fell and the screen cracked. This tablet requires a lot of patience to deal with and it is better to pay a little more and buy a better one.

This tablet has done everything I expected it to do. This is android based, which took me a lil bit to figure out, since everything I own is Apple. I bought this tablet specifically to play certain games that my iPad was having issues with.

This is my first at any thing doing with this type of electronics, and I a 78 year old duffer picked up really well.--Way to go grandpa.

Have liked our Insignia Tablet although we have had trouble with the battery. The battery has not kept a good charge. We are on our second tablet - Best Buy was great as they replaced the first tablet with no questions asked.

so far it works good but also i havent been able to get the hdmi to tv to work other than that so far it works good

We haven't got to use our new tablet because we pulled it out of the box and it was already broken. Can't push the buttons at all or turn it on.

I got this just to use to run credit card purchases at my office. It is a bit slow and it is hard for people to sign. This is my first android purchase and I wasn't impressed, but this is a budget item so I'll reserve final judgment.

You've heard the saying, "you get what you pay for?" Well that's the case with this product. It's ok but when you put it side by side with an iPad there just isn't a comparison.

I had this model previously and it stopped charging, brought it back under warranty and was replaced with new one. I can't complain and am happy with this product.

I purchased this tablet as a replacement for my Acer Inconia 16GB tablet when that died. I manage to pick where I left because of my Google Account installed where I left off. It worked excellent without any issue.

Our 10 year old is having a great time with this tablet. He does all kinds of amazing things on it that I can't keep up with. It is very hard to keep him away from it. A very good buy at this point.

Device works fine. Resolution and features are a function of the cost. Good unit for surfing web, email etc. check resolution specs for intended video use

I bought this tablet for the price. I was only going to use it for just the basics. It took so long to download anything that I finally had enough. Took it back and swapped it for a Samsung tablet.

This purchase was necessary because the tablet I had, from ASUS, died and after two and a half hours of my life on the phone with their support resulted in their total inability to function. I decided that since they wanted more than twice the price of a brand new insignia to refurb my old tablet, it was time for something better. One of the things I liked about the old one was the keyboard dock that added 12 hours of battery life. Reviews of the insignia looked good but some complained about battery life. All else looked fine so I bought it. Best decision ever. Not only does the battery last for several days between charges, it does everything the old one did in less time and for much cheaper. This is a fantastic device, I will NEVER again buy ANYTHING ASUS. Thank you, Best Buy for carrying the Insignia tablets. Great value and outstanding device.

I love this Tablet. It is great for surfing the Net, watching movies/videos, and playing games also. I do recommend this product. It has been problem-free since I purchased it. Michael

Screen keeps freezing. Unable to get good tech support

SLOW HAD TO RETURN FIVE TIMES TO BEST BUY FOR EXCHANGE DUE TO SCREW UPS WITH THIS TABLET.... FINALLY WENT WITH A VERY GOOD TABLET BY SAMSUNG. BEST BUY EMPLOYEES AWESOME BUT INSIGNIA TABLET SUCKS.

great android device that has google play for you to download the games and apps that you would like. Works nicely for you to search the internet or even for watching netflix

Nice price for the size of the tablet. However, the clarity of the screen could be much better.
