Problems going into the set up - returned right away

Purchased the tablet for my non-technical mother, she has been able to play solitaire, read books and watch movies on this new tablet. Previously, she had a Nook. Great screen resolution, easy to use and pretty darn quick for a reasonable price. I am considering an additional one for my niece!

THIS PRODUCT WAS RETURNED AFTER ONE WEEK OF USE. FRUSTRATION WITH THE TOUCH SCREEN SENSITIVITY MADE THE DEVICE UNUSABLE. MOVED UP TO SAMSUNG AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA COST.

I was looking for a tablet to do everyday things (surfing, shopping, social, videos etc) I also play music professionally and I use this weekly to connect to the mixer board and can control my own monitor mix with it. It has very smooth performance and the battery life is fantastic. I don't need to charge it everyday. I can charge it once a week. I didn't really want to spend huge money on an iPad or a Galaxy Tab. This does EVERYTHING I need it to. Plus for $130 (on sale) and 32 gigs of memory? Cant go wrong. Screen is great. Battery is great no complaints. I am actually going to probably buy another.

For some reason it keeps kicking me off line. My WiFi signal is excellent. Don't have time to get back to best buy yet. Something is messed up!!!

I bought 16 GB version of this Flex tablet. The screen was scratched easily. When I connected it to a PC, it says 10 GB storage size. I am not sure the system files would actually take 6 GB. Normally, the system files take about 2 to 3 GB of storage space. Besides these two weak spots, the tablet run pretty fast. The design looks clean and nice. It is lighter than my 2011's tablet. For the low price, it is very good deal. I just need to watch out for the screen. Either I will buy screen protector or stylus pen or trim my fingernail.

It's slow and leggy. Wish I would waited to buy something else

Have only had it for a month and it won't turn on. Have had to reset it twice to get it to come on, third time it didn't come on at all. Will be returning it. I have purchased items of this brand before and haven't had any problems.

After only having the tablet for a month half of the screen stopped working. When they tried to replace it, I discovered the new one had issues with the screen covering. It had lots of bubbles.

The screen resolution needs to be improved. Overall is not that bad for the price. Good for kids.

Seldom have I had hardware failures with computers, but this was buggy from day 1. This is written usig the keypad. It misses many letters. Often scree goes totally boñkers. Returnig for repair tomorrow. Pathetic. Very heavy. Horrible speakers. Wish i hadn't bot it. Hope best buy is good aout repairs. Figers çrossed.

The tablet has lots of good feature but has limited memory. It just hanged and would not turn off till it looses all the battery. It needs to be improved. I have returned the tablet at last.

I used insignia tv had a good experience with that, so I decided to buy this tablet as a gift, turn it on to make sure it runs. Gifted to someone find out few days later the camera doesn't work with any application skype, viber, massenger, feel so embarrassed.I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it.

This tablet worked for just 2 weeks and then never turned on again.

1st tablet dead 2nd day. Replacement on 6/20/16 totally dead 7/15/16. The video quality was very good and I liked it in many ways. No life expectancy a bitter pill to swallow.

This is a nice tablet for the price. Recent version of Android. Performance is decent. Screen resolution is good, but not excellent. However, when playing HD videos it looks very nice. Screen scratches easily so I would advice putting a screen protector right away. Battery life is decent. Can't go wrong for the price.

This is the first tablet I have ever owned. I always preferred laptops for DVD reasons, but have reassessed my need for those in the last year, so I thought since I like portability with my devices, I would try a tablet. I read many reviews of many tablets before deciding on this one. Having owned this tablet about a month now, I have come to appreciate many things, most of all the ease of travel with it. This tablet is excellent for streaming Netflix or the WWE network, as well as hockey and baseball games live. Especially because I use the WWE network and go to friends houses to watch the big events, speed was a necessity for me. It handles live events quite well; no lag, no fusses, and a micro HDMI cable (not included in purchase) allows you to put the event on a bigger screen no problem. It has done all I have asked. I admit to still getting used to Android. After 20+ years on Windows, this is quite an adjustment to make for someone over 50 like I am, but with patience, it truly is easy. I do recommend adding as much memory as it can handle (I think it can go as high as 128 GB) if you like to store music on your tablet.
