I bought this as a gift for a friend. She had had a different one that broke. This has a much better screen, and a pretty good camera. She is happy with it.

Bought this for my grandma. It was very easy to use and has great battery life.

It was my family's first tablet purchase and we we're all excited. I immediately downloaded educational apps for my 6 year old to play with. On the same day that we purchased the tablet my son accidentally dropped it and the LCD panel cracked. We are now unable to use the tablet and we are very upset on how sensitive the LCD panel is. Like I said my son is only 6 years old so hes not that tall and the LCD panel cracked on it's first drop. I spoke to geek squad online and they told me that they are unable to fix the tablet because I did not purchase the protection plan. Then I questioned them...What protection plan? Am I supposed to purchase this on line immediately after purchasing the tablet? Am I supposed to speak to someone about the plan? Their answer was, no. The lady at the register was supposed to offer the protection plan right when I was paying for the tablet, but she did not. I was unaware that they sold protection plans. If I had know that they offered protection plans then I would have purchased it. Especially since this was our first tablet. Best buy please hire people who will actually do their job. Something as simple as offering warranty should be easy enough for any employee to do whether if the customer accepts it or not. If the lady would have offered it to me or at least mentioned it then I wouldn't even be here ranting about my situation. OVER ALL: I'M UPSET THAT THE BEST BUY EMPLOYEE AT LAKEWOOD, CA DID NOT OFFER THE PROTECTION PLAN. I'M UPSET BECAUSE THE LCD SCREEN WAS EXTREAMLY SENSITIVE. Now I'm stuck with a 3 day old tablet with a cracked LCD. Will not purchase this tablet again. A little advice for anyone who owns this tablet or wants to buy this tablet... #1 ask for the protection plan just in case their employees don't mention it. #2 if you don't buy the protection plan, then don't ever drop it. Make sure that the tablet is protected by layers upon layers of bubble wraps or cotton whichever you prefer.

The product is really good for the price. I was very impressed. The resolutions is very good and it is fast and works just like the other well known brands.

I like the tablet very much, it is easy to use, it works like it is supposed to work, the screen is good, all for a very small price. It is well worth the money. One negative is that the promised earbuds and anti-virus software doesn't come with the store bought units which is very misleading from the online ad promotion, i.e., it doesn't limit these items to only online sales!

Bought the tablet for my husband. Had a different brand but screen cracked within 3 weeks. Had this one about a month, but so far it works good. Sharper screen color too. He is 78 yrs old & uses it to play his slots games. Fairly user friendly.

Bought this for my husband to use while he was in the hospital for knee replacement surgery. Didn't want to take more expensive equipment to the hospital. This tablet was just right! Easy set-up, nice graphics, speed is pretty good. For the money, it is a really nice tablet for beginners or children, and to use traveling. Camera is pretty good, which is a bonus!

Satisfied with tablet. No problems so far. Will not let me download a Bible program I have on other Android tablets which is very disappointing.

Great price for a nice tablet that does all the basics plus. Kids can play games and watch Netflix.

Got this table for Christmas. I'm still figuring out somethings, but so far, it's pretty easy to use. The battery life is really good.

I bought this for one purpose: To display chord charts that I use for music gigs. With 32g's of memory it will hold a lot of charts and with an app like Setlist Helper the 10 inch screen does the job. The only little complaint is that sometimes it takes a couple of touches to get an icon to "click on". Otherwise this is everything I needed.

I got this tablet for Christmas, I love it! Easy to use, nice size, camera's great!

I previously had an iPad, but this is faster and has a bigger screen. With 2 kids, they would always fight over using it while in the SUV and when free at home. Now they fight over this tablet, but that is a good thing. More free time for us and much quieter in the SUV when on the road traveling with the family.

We use this for reading ebooks, surfing and watching amazon videos. You can get much higher screen resolution but why? This one looks outstanding to me. I looked at 7in tablets but they are just too small to be useful. The 10in is just the right size.

Perfect tablet for someone who is not sure if they really needed a tablet. It was easy to use and perfect for a beginner.

This has turned out great for my grandkids and way more affordable than IPad.
