I bought this tab to replace an Asus (which replaced s Samsung). I liked my other tabs, but this one is just as good, and considerably less expensive. Plus the 8 inch screen helps without being cumbersome.

Nice tablet, easy to use, I like the fact that you can extend the memory with micro SD card. It's good for everyday use. But... The camera is only 2.0megapic. and watch for charging issues.

I bought this for my son (he is 9). He absolutely loves it. It loads much faster than the one we had prior to this one. The only issue, the charger that comes with it won't stay in. I will exchange it and hopefully the new one won't have the same issue.

Overall this is a great tablet for my kids to watch their Youtube Kids, Amazon Prime Instant Video, and Netflix. Plus they can play all the kid games on this instead of my phone . Only problem is they all want it at the same time. Cons: The charging port doesn't hold the charging cables in very well. It's not quite as powerful (fast) as my Nexus 7 (2013) that the kids broke.

It's easy to set up and easy to use. I've had it a couple of months and it has connected to different WiFi connections very easily. I would buy another one.

After my (cheap) LePan pooped out - one month after the warranty was up - I decided to go with another cheap tablet and purchased this Insignia. Well, needless to say, this tablet comes with it's own problems! It runs slow with only 1/2 the memory used. But the #1 problem is a powering issue!! To start it up, you have to hold the power button down for about 10 seconds. In this day and age, with technology improving every second, that's a pretty long time! Second, when you 'power it down' it sometimes appears as though it is shut down but it really isn't! I have gone to turn on the tablet, thinking it has been 'off' since I used it last, only to find that the tablet was still on - and I'm the only person in possession of it. Also, be careful when you're charging the battery. I have also seen it deplete the battery vs. charging the battery while plugged into an outlet. Also, while being charged, it sometimes turns the tablet back on without your knowledge. Bottom line: You get what you pay for! Next time, I will definitely put a couple more bucks into a brand name tablet and hope for better results.

My first OS and very easy to learn it with this device,I love how it's compact with full size capabilities. I'm a little impatient with how long it takes to start up but worth the wait.I'm excited to try the camera and video. It's very reasonably priced compared to name brands such as Apple....

Has very good picture quality. The 16GB is a little small, HD pictures will use up this space in no time but, for the kids to play games and stream videos it's a good deal for the money.

Bought this tablet for my son and he loves it. It is not the fastest tablet but it does everything he needs. Screen quality is good and it is very responsive. Feels well put together. We're both happy!

Decent tablet for the value good price and good screen for the value

This tablet is amazing deal for the price. It will do anything I want to do: surf net, watch Utube & Netflix, play games etc.. Plenty fast, & the picture is really good when watching HD videos. The only things that are under par are the cameras, not so good but still useable. The other thing is the sound. It is OK, but if you want to listen to music, you really need to hookup something through Bluetooth. I liked so much that I've bought 2 more while on sale to give away as presents.

Works ok, good processor, memory ok, but when it comes to battery and charge it's completely disapointing

My main purpose for a tablet was for entertainment purposes. So, on those grounds, this tablet did everything I wanted it to do. However, the only issue I've had is with accessing music via the micro-SD card. The music has some minor hiccups on occasion with its playback. Other than that, this tablet is an excellent low-end device.

Needed something small but big enough screen to see live feed for a drone and this tablet was perfect for that easy to use yes the storage is small but just pop in a SD card and your good

I really like this tablet I bought it for my girlfriends youngest daughter she was on the honor role twice this year and I thought it would be nice gift for a ten year old girl she loves it , the first one bought had a small crack in the screen so I returned it but overall I'm happy and she is too

Been OK so far. I understand that historically there have been both good and bad batches. Bri g careful 28th the mini USB port where others have had problems but it's good for now.

About this tablet to use as a work device in my truck for keeping logs and other documents I need to read and send emails to dispatch works great I love and price and a good bye

I was extremely disappointed in this tablet. The screen size and expected performance for the cost were too good to pass up. However, the expected performance and actual performance varied greatly. Right out of the box the tablet was largely incapable of running any apps smoothly. Even after several reboots the tablet remained sluggish. The past 4 phones I've had were more well equipped to run these applications.

It has a great picture and easy to use. The only problem is had to replace the plug as the piece had to be resoldered inside. Otherwise we had no complaints

I bought this for my daughter to play games and stream videos and it works well for that purpose and I like the size of the display. My only complaint is the charger port seems loose, it doesn't have a snug fit so the charger will fall out if tablet is moved.
