I normally do not post reviews. The overall quality of these tablets are terrible. I am amazed that Best Buy would allow their name to be associated with something of such inferior quality. Typically I have been pleasantly surprised by the Best Buy house brand (Insignia). We have been through three of these in less than 30 days. Charge won't hold, charge plug/cord won't charge. Do not buy, you will regret it.

Battery life is pretty long; around 6-7 hours, resolution is better than other tablets around this price range, and the speakers are good enough to watch videos. Some slowness when loading games or multiple pages, but not a huge issue. A great tablet for the price.

The Insignia is a bit heavy to me. Other tablets that I tried were lighter and thinner. I needed it for school use, but was willing to overlook that. The device is easy to use, but there is a slight lag when going to webpages online. I found it to actually be a tad easier than a comparable Samsung tablet, and the screen is slightly easier to see. This model does feel older and less modern than other tablets I compared. Still, as a basic tablet, this would be okay.

I bought this tablet for my 11 yr old son and he loves it. We've only owned it a couple of weeks and it has worked great so far. Great purchase for the price.

This was for my daughter whom loves it to take at school. Priceworthy and glad I purchased it! The only downfall is that insist that there was an otter of for this thing or a hard full body covering as I can care less about the brand just want to make it safe.

my daughter loves this table, she has over 15 games on it. The tablet wasn't charging correctly but luckily it was still in the manufactures warranty and we were able to exchange it for a new one

I was looking for an inexpensive and easy To use tablet for my 5 year old grandson To be able to play his games on .Hopefully with little or no effort. So far this table has met Our requirements.

Got this for my 8yr old son and he loves it. He can play all his games on it like Minecraft and candy crush but yes also login to his school page and play games there and earn points for class.

bought this as a Christmas gift for my son...pretty basic usage, just a few games...seems to be working out well so far...had one "glitchy" moment today, but that's been the only issue...for the price, certainly worth it for an entry level user

This is a great little tablet for a first-time user or as a spare just to have around the house. Very good screen resolution for the price - most tablets in this price range have less. It's a little slow to boot up when you first power it on (takes almost 2 minutes), but otherwise the speed is fine for regular use. I've watched full-screen videos on it with no trouble. I had no problems with the power connector as some users reported.

I bought 2 of these. The 1 is great the 2nd one I had to return and Exchange it it had a system failure turned to a blue screen and kept running Chinese wording. Then the charging port broke on the exchanged 1 and now I'm on my 3rd one.

Screen size is good. Camera does not take very good pictures. Good design. The power cord does not stay in the tablet causing it not to charge.

Really good tablet for the price, the only negative is the camera megapixel count is low to today's standards but you do get 16 GB in memory not bad for a sub 80 dollar tablet!

Got it for a good price at Christmas. Works great for basic use. Froze up one time. Had to turn it off and back on. No other issues since.

It is an OK tablet for children. The port seems to be a little weak. I have had it for a week for now. The second day it had a blue screen with chinese characters. Ran that way for probably about 20 min and then opened up again. Since then it has been working. The sound is pretty good. The screen is good too.

This was a 2015 Christmas gift for my 85 year old mother-in-law and so far she loves it. Still learning how to use it, but has caught on to the basics fairly quickly. Camera is not the best, but neither were polaroid's!

I enjoyed using the tablets. Not too expensive and they worked well. They seem to start developing battery life issues after a year . But was OK for the cost

I bought this for my grandson who is 5. He is able to operate it without any help and he loves the games he can download.

Purchased as s gift for a "beginner" tablet user. It is a good, affordable tablet for Internet searching, photos, e-reading, games, apps, etc. Easy setup out of the box and simple to use for a beginner.

I love the 8 inch screen. Fully functional. It comes with 2 cameras. The pictures come out grainy. That function will be skipped altogether. That is the only downside. The memory is sizeable, I like that.
