The edges are smooth, so they slide down without any effort, a little rubberized edge would help keep it from sliding down. It has a fold in the middle of the back of the device but I can't seem to figure out how to use it to make the device stand up. I ended up finding a phone stand that I place the tablet on and use the spine to hold it in place...but that only solves the issue at home. The color is nice (I got the blue one), and the fit was perfect, snug and secure. All in all, I would give it 5 stars for a protective case and 1 star as a display holder...

Designed for Amazon Fire 7” Tablet, so it is a little bit larger than the tablet for edge protection. Holds the tablet securely in place. Has a hard cover and back for additional protection. Easy to handle.

It's light weight and protects my Fire well. I like the color. The only thing missing is a latch to keep it from opening, but bc of the weight of the cover, it mostly stays closed in my bag.

My son is rough on his things. This kept his kindle scratch free and safe when dropped. It is also useful for when he wanted to watch a movie it props the kindle up.

This case fits the Amazon Fire 7 very well. It works well being held by hand and to stand up during meetings to have a hands free situation. Quality seems to be excellent.

Excellent protection for your pad. Definitely better than cases designed for the Fire7. But a bit bulky by comparison
