It came with all the instructions and also a measuring sheet to mark down the points where we need to drill hole’s. I am using it to mount my 85 in Sony TV.

First time huying this style and im just disappointed i havent bought it before now. Very sturdy and we can watch the tv from ANY angle. We have 2 now and will probaby have more.

This Insignia TV wall mount is very well constructed and it is sturdy. It is very easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. I really appreciate that they included a template which makes the installation even easier. I was able to install this on my own but I do recommend installing it with two people as it is heavy. It took me approximately 20 min to get it on the wall. Be aware that the wall mount is approximately 26 inches wide, depending on your home construction the spacing between the studs may be wider. The reason I mentioned that is because the wall where I installed it, the studs were 28 inches apart. To improvised I put two screws in the stud and the other two on the drywall with two anchors. Gladly it came with all the necessary installation accessories, TV screws and spacers so I did not need to improvise with that. The mount can accommodate 42 to 90 inches TVs and can hold up to 120 lbs. It is also able to tilt, rotate, and extend which make it ideal for easy access to get behind the TV. It comes with two end cap covers to make the installation look more uniformed and it also has a cable management system cover within the extendable arms. I really like the idea of the thumb screws to secure the TV bracket, as they are easy to screw and unscrew without the need of any tools. Overall if you’re looking for a full motion mount this will not disappoint. Is easy to install and is very well made and it comes with everything you need to get the tv on the wall. It doesn't protrude much from the wall, leaving your TV about 4.5 to 5 inches away, depending on its size. In the box you get the mount, installation kit with TV mounting accessories, a mount template, end cap covers and installation guide.

This product is very strong and sturdy. I love the range of adjustments and ability to manage the cords in the sturdy, secure, and ample plastic housing that holds the cords in the extension arms. Note: Before placing the TV onto the wall bracket, be sure to tighten the tilt thumb screws on the wall bracket first. Otherwise, it sort of free-falls forward after it's in place and upon releasing your grip from the TV. This detail was not in the instructions. (Again, it's sturdy, so no harm occurred but was caught off guard.) My application was for wood studs, and I found the instructions clear and easy to follow. However, since my wall is 48" wide, and had just 2 studs "16 center to center in the middle of the wall, I had to use the third slot inward from each corner on the wall mount to install all 4 bolts. Although the instructions say to put the bolts in the four outermost "round" holes and not in the slotted holes, all the holes are slotted, including at the outer corners. My TV is a 55" and weighs maybe 50-60 pounds. I have no concerns as it feels very solid and secure even when adjusting for the best viewing angle. I'm very happy with this product. It is space-saving, offers wide-ranging viewing adjustments, and a quality, high-end look.

Preface: The Best Buy Essentials Sound Bar Mount, shown in this review's photos, is not included with this product. I chose to install it with the Insignia TV mount. I've thought about setting up a TV mount for a long time, so as a new home owner, it was very exciting to finally set up a mount in the master bedroom. Here's my perspective on the Insignia brand after many years of using their products... When you need a product that simply "does the trick" without drama, great expense, or excessive features, Insignia is what you're looking for. That trend continues with the all-metal Insignia Full Motion Large TV Mount. First, I'd like to temper expectations. There is not a single TV mount that is "fun" or "easy" to put up. It comes down to finding a sturdy product that includes all required parts for a variety of TVs. When I opened the box to start putting this together, I was feeling a bit intimidated by the instructions - until I realized that all I needed to do was find the right size of screw for the VESA mount on my TV. Everything else was straightforward - find 2 wall studs, screw the mounting bracket to the wall, and test moving the mount around a bit. After that, I just screwed the mounting bracket to my TV, mounted it on the wall, and secured everything in place. Don't forget to spend some time doing cable management - it really makes your setup look clean when you can get the cable clutter out of the way. Do I have any complaints? Not really! All I can say is that the mount takes some effort to move. It's not the type of mount that you can move with a single hand and send it flying towards the wall. You will likely be using two hands to move your TV and put in in the exact position and angle you prefer. I don't see this as a bad thing at all, I prefer to have a mount that strongly holds its position regardless of what's going on. So, for anyone who is trying to find a quality TV mount that'll fit their heavy/large TV without issue, try this all metal Insignia Full Motion Large TV Mount. Yes, there are other options that are cheaper, and some of them will take up less space on the wall too, but in my humble opinion, that's not what you want from a TV mount. You're looking for a quality, sturdy, dependable product, and Insignia delivers on all of these fronts.

This is a wonderful product. While others are cheaper, this was easy to install. I bought it to use with a new 50” TV and I feel like I could do pull-ups on it. Great design, huge range of motion, and heavy duty quality all add up to a great purchase.

Nice sturdy mount. The forward tilt is a little weird since you have to undo the lock nuts to adjust it, so its kind of unweildy with one person and a large tv. Wish there was any sort of height adjustment or rotation. Overall it's great and really changes a room. Installation was simple and had very good and explicit instructions. Make sure you measure multiple times before you start drilling cause theres no room for error on leveling or height!

This is a very nice TV mount from Insignia brand. It arrived in a very nicely and securely packaged box and comes with a nicely illustrated guidebook that is easy to understand. Enclosed in the box were 2 plastic end caps, metal tv brackets, a few hardware bags, big metal wall mount with cable management, and a wall plate template to help guide you with your installation. You will need a bunch of tools to mount this, but they are the basic ones, a stud finder, a measuring tape, drill, hammer, a level, a pencil for marking walls, a screwdriver, a hammer and tape to hold the template to the wall. This installation will need at least 2 people to handle the mounting of the brackets as well as the TV. It took us over about 2 hours to mark the walls, to get the brackets mounted to the tv, and the mount to the wood studs in the wall, and then adjusted and hiding of the cables. We did a little tweaking to get it adjusted for nice viewing in our family room but nothing difficult. It is a solid built frame to hold our 65" tv.
