I have had my iPad Pro since February. The day I got it, I purchased this screen protector and protective case. While I was on vacation in May I realized that the edge of my iPad was cracked next to the volume buttons. I know it was not dropped, stepped on or mishandled in anyway. It also stays in a protective sleeve. I was super upset but realized that it was on the edge of the screen there was nothing I could do. I noticed it had also spidered across the screen protector. After returning from vacation, due to some unforeseen circumstances I decided to sell my iPad. I had a potential buyer. They asked me to remove the protector to verify that the screen was intact. Imagine my surprise when I removed the protector to find not it, but the iPad screen cracked. I should have had Apple Care... but I am also extremely disappointed that something that was supposed to help my screen did not. I have emailed their customer service, but so far its been three weeks of describing the situation repeatedly with out any resolution. Ill update once they offer a solution.

This screen protector is strong, protective and very clear. But, it is not sensitive. Often, I touched the screen protected by this protector many times while the ipad did not respond. And, the face ID never worked after this protector was put on, even though the face ID was reset. After we used this protector for two months, we decided to take it off.
