Ok I put a new one on and same thing. About a week or so later my finger print won't work again and I realized theres another scratch. Done. I won't be ordering these again. I'll go back to the ones that last from Amazon. I will say I have not dropped my phone so I don't even know where the scratch is coming from so that shows how easy it is for it to happen.
