Got the case primarily to avoid breaking or scratching my DS, so far it has done the job. My only issue is that it only has pockets for 3 games, wish they could have added another set of sleeves.

I really love this case for my kids' 3DS. It is easier to carry and not nearly as bulky as the other case I had. Compact and great for travel.

if you carry you 3DS XL in your back pack, it's best to protect it. This hardcase does the trick. Simple, not flashy, lightweight hard shell.

Very solid case for the 3DS. I keep my 3DS in the case and in my backpack while at school. I have not had any problems with it.

I picked this baby up during a special for $2.99, but it is easily worth more! It is padded, has straps to keep your ds in place, and has a cargo net on the inside large enough to hold 3 cartridges. Definitely great for travel storage. It's not much larger than the 3DS XL, so it can still fit in your pocket.

Good value. My new Nintendo 3DS (XL size) fits perfectly and securely. No frills, but works great if you just want something to protect and carry your new 3DS.

protects my 3ds from being scratched and has three card slots so pretty nice. zipper is kind of hard to close.

It fits the new 3ds xl fine. It was quite inexpensive and when closed would protect your 3ds just fine. The issue I have is that the zipper is really low quality. It doesn't always close properly. It can be quite finicky. That ultimately doesn't bother me too much as it will close and stay closed and that's all that really matters, after all. Thus, it's average. If you can just afford this, it'll do, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.
