Perfect size for the new 3ds xl and a few games for on the go. Soft to the touch but it's definitely a hard shell to protect from bumps.

I bought this because I was starting to see scratches on my special edition Pokemon X and Y Red 3DS and I didn't want anymore so I bought this and it has been really good. Pros: There are two elastic straps to hold your 3DS in place There is a soft pouch in the top half of the clamshell case that holds 3 games The case it reinforced but it will still bend. Cons: Too Small, only fits a 3DS XL and 3 games, no room for accessories

This is a case that holds your Nintendo 3DS XL and three games. Buy this one. Don't buy the one for the New Nintendo 3DS, because it's the same exact thing. The one for the New 3DS just costs a little bit more.

This is a very nice case it's holds and protects my system as well as a few games, very nice and compact and travels well.

It keeps the 3DS XL in tack, it holds the games together and it fits in my purse.

I have a New 3DS XL and it fits, perfectly, inside this case. Also, it holds 8 games and even has a stylus/pen holder too. The zipper hasn't jammed a single time yet. Definitely happy with my purchase.

Easy to take around, and ok for the price. Just wish it was easier to strap in the console. 3 game slots are very limiting unless you just bring your favorites.

If you are looking for a good, cheap case to put in your backbag while traveling, then this case will do the job. But I wish there a place for the charger so that wasn't thrown loose in my bag.

The case is very sturdy. It should last for awhile. It is also reasonablly priced. I wish it has separate compartments for the cartridge/memory

There are not that many case choices for the 3DS XL, which is surprising given its popularity. This fits very well and provides good travel protection. Although it has pockets for 3 cartridges, I often squeeze in 6 with little effort.
