This is a horrible case. The side rubber buttons stick to the phone buttons. My alarm started going off as I was leaving the store. I didn’t know what was happening until I looked at the rubber buttons on the case. I had to take my phone out of the case to turn it off most of the time.

The case’s cutouts (for button access) failed

The cutouts by which the user can access the phone’s buttons were inadequately made: I could not access the phone’s right side button at all. Solution: new—and different—case. While I generally applaud Best Buy’s products, this product was a complete failure.

The worst case I have ever bought
