Wouldn't work right out of the box. Returned it for an exchange. This one only worked intermittently. Took it back for a refund, was 3 days past the 15 day return time and wouldn't make it right. Will never purchase from this company again. Will never walk back in the store again. Store manager is rude. Unsubscribing from your emails also.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works for most use cases, but avoid if you're looking for a solution that also allows you to watch anything that needs a HDCP compliant display (i.e.: any copy protected content like 4K Blu Ray movies). This extractor doesn't have HDCP compatibility, so the most you'll get is audio, but no video. Ran into this problem trying to use the Blu Ray player on my Xbox Series X, so I pursued another option.
