I have had to throw two different cables in the trash because they did not work.

This extractor doesn't have HDCP compatibility, so the most you'll get is audio, but no video. Ran into this problem trying to use the Blu Ray player on my Xbox Series X, so I pursued another option.

Wouldn't work right out of the box. Returned it for an exchange. This one only worked intermittently. Took it back for a refund, was 3 days past the 15 day return time and wouldn't make it right. Will never purchase from this company again. Will never walk back in the store again. Store manager is rude. Unsubscribing from your emails also.

By the time you figure this out, it is non-returnable because of Best Buy’s crappy 14-day return policy!
