I did exactly what the instructions said used high speed 4k compatible hdmi cables to try to get my astro mixamp to work on my ps5 but when it was plugged into my 60hz 4k monitor i would get no video. this product was returned because i could only use it at 1080p and not 4k like it said i would be able to... waste of an hour drive both ways to get.
