    Everybody who says this does 1440p at 120hz are nutty turds. This does exactly what the astro adapter does..and thats give you low quality 1080p at 120hz. This isnt it once again…dont get if you want 1440p at 120hz on new consoles.

    Won’t work majority of the time

    I’ve had this extractor for my Xbox Series X in order to have surround audio for maybe a year. For the last 6 months, the device only works if positioned perfectly. If I bump it in the slightest the video signal goes out and my monitor goes black. Whenever I move my setup (I do a lot) I sit for at least 20 minutes positioning the extractor just right to actually give a video signal, and even then a chair shift or a foot bump causes it to malfunction. I am past the return period so I am just going to throw it out and buy a different company’s product

    Repeatedly cuts in/out, especially for 3840 x 2160

    Problems from day 1 with computer 3840x2160: screen goes black, audio stops, on-screen display will not display with monitor buttons; then comes on again sooner or later. This even with static screen display and no mouse or keyboard actions. Roku 1080p always worked but then I changed Roku output to 4K UHD; then Roku output cut out like computer output. Removed Extractor from circuit: immediately problems disappear.

    Horrible Video Output Quality

    Just purchased this item and found that the video out is poor quality and very washed out. Tested with 3 different input devices. Compared video output into same device with same cables with and without going through this extractor. Each comparison is the same. This extractor puts out a weak washed-out (not vivid colors compared to direct...very white washed) not sharp picture. Very disappointing.

    This thing is junk! It has poor sound quality and audio keeps dropping out. Now I find out it’s not Returnable after March 21st. Never again
