Works great, only thing is all the cables needed to make it all work. RCA cable, HDMI cable, and this has a power supply for it to work.

I needed it because the hotel room i was in the tv hdmi ports didn't work luckily it had rca ports. Only close negative would be the price. Since you only get the converter this means you also need separate rca cords as well. Would be better value if cords were integrated into the converter.

HMDI to the rescue

Wish I had bought it earlier it has enabled me to use an older system and plug in newer components that use HDMI connections. It is a really a neat product.

Good way to get hdmi into a capture card

This adapter did the trick just great. Be careful of the a/v connectors tho. If you use monster cables or other very tight rca connectors you might have problems removing the cables when you need to chang something
