The good news is that Best Buy is among the most ethical and customer-centered retailers out there and they easily took it back. The blu-Ray home screen was visible on the TV screen but it wasn’t clear and i wasn’t able to get it to appear any better. It’s an old tv so this could be the reason it didn’t work out that well.
