It's totally comprehensible how this could turn out inconvenient for you. If it was an Open-Box item or a previous return it could be that it had an issue and it slipped out from people on the floor and ended up on sale as Open-Box. I absolutely apologize for that. Posted .Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a quick review of the HDMI to RCA Converter. I am sorry to read that you are having issues with your converter, please help me by checking the following troubleshooting point:
-Check the connections and make sure that they
are correct and secure. Make sure that the TV is set to the RCA input, and
the source device is setup to output an HDMI signal. Try your source
device’s different HDMI output resolution, normally set to auto, or below
1080p (inclusive), you might need another HDMI TV to set your source
device and save the resolution first before setting up this converter’s
connection.
