Perfect adapter and did what I needed it to do. Had an older projector and only an HDMI port on my laptop and this worked well. This obviously will not transmit audio and a headphone jack was used, but I haven’t seen a projector with a decent audio sound for a larger room

Works perfect. Had to buy this because I bought 2 monitors off of craigslist and they only worked with VGA or HDMI and my new GPU doesn't have VGA - only had DVI or HDMI or Display Port. I think price it's a bit expensive.

Our Church has a vidoe projector that has no HDMI input. It only has VGA. So with our new laptop we convert down to VGA and everything works fantastic. Very happy the BEst Buy sells these. Just plug it in and it works. So easy.

I support many different devices and often the end user is providing monitors for them. This device lets me use older VGA Monitors on devices with only HDMI Video. It is simple, easy to use and totally transparent as far as I can tell. I always keep one in my tool bag "just in case".

Due to working from home, I had to bring an older version monitor from work home but couldn't plug it into my newer version computer. This piece allowed me to connect the monitor and was easy to install. I am so grateful this exists.

Purchased one HDMI-to-VGA and the USB-to-VGA for the office computers. They come in handy when we want to do presentations. Easy to stick in with my laptop if I need to take it on the road.

I do a lot of presentation since I am an educator. This little guy is very helpful when I switch from one device to another. There are no connection issues between my computer and the LCD projector or to my second monitor.

Simple to use. Reliable with my new HP laptop and old Dell monitor so far. The VGA plug has not tried to fall out (no screw holes). Only negative was that there were shipping issues and it arrived a week late.

Bought2 of the chords so i could set up my dual monitors at my home desk. This was the easiest way since i work off a laptop and dont have enough ports to do this and had to buy a 7 port expander

A lot of monitors still do not have HDMI outputs to connect to the newest computers and laptops so you will inevitably need an adapter such as this. Like that it is short and picture quality transmission is very good.

It worked great for what it is intended to do.. To be honest when will all the newest printers and monitors be updated with just the Hdmi and DVI-D hook ups and power cords.. We should not have to purchase the extra adapters and such.. But none the less It works great.. Thank you

We needed something to connect an older hp computer monitor to the sdmi port in the xbox one. It was just what my son needed. Easy to find in store. Easy set up and an easy set up. Worked right away.

Surprisingly easy. I just connected the VGA cable from the data projector to this adaptor and plugged that into the HDMI port on my laptop. And after Windows did the annoying rearrangement of all of my desktop icons, the "Screen Resolution" window recognized the external "monitor" and we were up and running.

I m definitely no expert on technology or computers, so I like when I buy item, and it works from the first time. I had older monitor and my new work computer had different connector. This little device worked. No complains so far. Viktor

I purchased this to replace an older adapter to run from a projector to a DVD player. This is nice and compact; total cord length of about 4 inches. The adapter performs as stated. The only difference between this and the old is that this adapter does not have the screw in receptacles that most VGA adapters do.

This thing saved me from having to buy a new monitor when I had to set up a work from home area with very little notice. Thanks to this adapter, my freshman laptop and my senior monitor are now getting along swimmingly.

Had an older large screen monitor that I really liked. However, my newer laptop has an HDMI input for an external monitor; the monitor has VGA connector. This adapter served my need perfectly. Now I can still enjoy the old large screen monitor.

Essential if you want to connect a device with HDMI Output to a VGA device. In my particular case, I'm using to plug my Macbook to an old (but in good shape) Projector which doesn't have HDMI input. Works like a charm!
