This product worked perfectly and was much more cost effective than buying a new monitor. This review isn’t so much so for the adapter but the Geek Squad member that I had to enlist to help me at the store. I’m not good at technology and he knew exactly what I needed and found it quickly. I appreciated his willingness to help knowing I had no idea what I needed or where to find it. It was easy to install and my monitor works just fine.
