The Geek Squad knew exactly what I needed and helped me find the Insignia HDMI to VGA adapter. The Muncie, Indiana Geek Squad team at Best Buy are awesome!!

I had to use a Thunderbolt adapter that had a USB C end, between this adapter and the Mac. I have an excellent picture and there is no lag time as I change sites or watch a video.
